ShopControl Customer Counters: your help in determining the best marketing strategy!
Whether you want to have information on your workforce in your stores or you want to determine whether a marketing campaign has the intended result, with the metering systems of Shop Control you can manages all of your counts. Internally or through the Internet, possibilities are endless.
The most common system is that with a TCU: Telsec Control Unit. Using the TCU, a wireless customer counting system can be deployed. The counters send the actual counter levels to the controller, which is connected to a pc through an interface of choice (e.g. network connection) making it thus possible to register the counter levels. On a single TCU up to 20 counters can be connected, making it possible to manage the complete flow of people. The software allows you to gather counter levels every hour, day, week or month from one or more control units and store them in a database file. With the management software, the contents of this file can be displayed in a clear and user-friendly way. It is also possible to link this file with your own software.
